2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re exploring more options – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your drinkware items durable and safe? Yes! We use food-grade stainless steel, lead-free ceramic, BPA-free lids/plastic parts, and double-wall insulation for temperature retention. Many are dishwasher-safe (check product details). All are designed for daily use and long-lasting enjoyment.

7. How do I care for my Mindthosemoments drinkware?

  • Stainless steel tumblers/bottles: Hand-wash recommended for lids; dishwasher safe for body (avoid abrasives).
  • Ceramic mugs: Dishwasher & microwave safe (unless noted otherwise).
  • Glass items: Hand-wash to preserve finish. Avoid extreme temperature shocks. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
